Introspection in Faded Red by Cosmic-Cuttlefish Introspection in Faded Red by Cosmic-Cuttlefish
This one was originally blue, but I thought it looked better in red and teal. It's been on my computer for quite a long time now, but I thought I would upload it whilst my next one is rendering. I was playing with spherical and hypertile patterns, and quite liked the almost optical illusion-like effect of the overlapping circles, as well as the fact that the border/frame around the edge is part of the fractal.

Made with Apophysis 2.09, with colour adjustments in Photoshop.

I like how the overall impression of the image seems to be peaceful despite the amount of spheres and lines. It is beautiful in a geometric and symmetrical way, and the colour scheme looks good (and suits the mood) as well. It's amazing what you can do with just circles. :)

Thanks, I'm glad you like it, especially the colour scheme - I changed my mind about the colours many times before I was pleased with them.

Thank you very much. Spherical gaskets are always fun to make, and adding hypertile as a final transform gave me even more options to experiment with. It was fun to make. :)
