It's been a while since my last upload... I've had a bit of an art block lately, but I have a couple of new ideas now, so you should be seeing more from me. This one is partly inspired by a description in Book 6 of Virgil's Aeneid, where he describes Atlas carrying the vault of the heavens, 'inset with gleaming stars'.

I think I'm gradually starting to understand how Xaos works... I've never really used it before, but it was quite useful here.

A brief tutorial on stars is on its way, eventually.

I think this is absolutely beautiful. I would love to be able to use this piece with some of my stuff. I'm in a small fire performance group called Circus Centripetus and I think this would look great integrated with some of our propaganda.
